Returns and Refunds

Safequip will accept any item unused and in it’s original condition (including all labels and tags intact) within 30 days of purchase for a credit / refund as long as your product meets our terms and conditions.


Wrong Item / Size Ordered
Contact Safequip Ltd via telephone or by the sales@safequip.co.uk email, detailing the information of the goods that required to be returned.
Safequip will issue a customer returns form along with returns number, which must be completed by the customer and included in the box with the returned item(s).
The customer should return the goods at their own expense.
On receipt of the return item(s), these will be checked ensuring it meets with our terms & conditions, where the new size/item will be despatched.
If it does not meet our terms & conditions the items will be returned to the customer.

Wrong Item / Size Supplied
Contact Safequip Ltd via telephone or the sales@safequip.co.uk email detailing the information of the goods that are to be returned.
Safequip will organise, at their expense, the collection of the wrong item/size that was delivered and deliver the correct item in its place.

Quality Defect
Contact Safequip Ltd via telephone or the sales@safequip.co.uk email, detailing the information of the goods with the quality defect.
Safequip will issue a customer returns form along with returns number, which must be completed by the customer and included in the box with the returned item(s).
Safequip will arrange the collection of the defective products whereupon its return will be inspected and then dealt with in line with the Warranties Policy.

Goods damaged in transit
If your package arrives damaged, please ensure the carrier is notified at the time of delivery and do not sign for the package as undamaged. For a valid claim to be made, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt and keep all the external packaging with the damaged product.

Safequip will issue a customer returns form along with returns number, which must be completed by the customer and included in the box with the returned item(s).
The customer will return the goods at their own expense.
On receipt of the returned item(s), these will be checked ensuring it meets with our terms & conditions, whereupon a Credit Note/Refund will be issued.
If it does not meet our terms & conditions the items will be returned to the customer.
