At IONIC we design and manufacture products to worn in water rescue and other marine activities. For more than 15 years we have developed patterns and manufacturing techniques that ensure that each product that we supply will fit correctly.

Our range of personal protective equipment is supplied in a full range of sizes normally from Extra Small to 3XL or in some products as big as 5XL. In certain product styles we have a female range to ensure that operatives can be fitted correctly from our standard range.

Cyclone PRO Drysuits
Following 12 months of research into sizing profiles and common made to measure requirements, IONIC have developed a new sizing profile for its flagship Cyclone PRO range.

Introducing 19 standard size options we are able to accommodate personnel from 5’2” to 6’6” in height and from a 30” to 60” chest. Our size range now starts at Extra Small and goes up to 4XL and the suits are available in 3 leg lengths from sizes Large to 4XL. This ensures the correct fit can be achieved and the semi-custom suit option reduces bulk and increases range of motion without expensive custom price tags or long lead times.

Within our emergency services there is growing number of female operatives and at IONIC we recognise the need to ensure that the Personal Protective Equipment that we supply fits correctly, so rescuers can do what they do best in correct fitting apparel. The ladies Cyclone PRO R1 and PRO R3 drysuit pattern, has been specifically tailored to accommodate the female form with an ergonomic design for the female form. Available in sizes from UK Size 6 (XS) to UK 22 (3XL) we have full range of sizes the need for more expensive made to measures options.
